Vernadette Broyles is President and General Counsel of Child & Parental Rights Campaign, Inc., a non-partisan not-for profit public interest law firm founded to protect children and defend parental rights against the harms of gender identity ideology. Vernadette practices in the areas of Title IX, parental rights in education, family law, and child protective services litigation, and has served for years as a Guardian ad Litem for children in court. Vernadette and her team at Child & Parental Rights Campaign represented Parents’ Rights In Education to appeal a rulings against our lawsuit, Parents for Privacy VS Dallas School District, in November of 2017. CPR Campaign appealed these lower court rulings to the Supreme Court of the land in 2020.
