Kelly told his audience that an audiotape will be released in the coming days that contains “incontrovertible evidence” of Joe Biden’s corruption. Kelly says it will be so damning that Joe Biden will be forced to withdraw from the 2024 race.

I can’t say too much, but there is incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption that is about to be made public. It’s not going to happen tomorrow. It’s not going to happen before Labor Day, but it will happen sometime between Labor Day and Halloween.
This tape will be made public. I’m not sure by what entity at this point, but once it is heard, joe Biden will have well, he’ll have only two options. Number one, he will not be able to remain a candidate for the presidency, for re election. It will be over and done with. The only thing that he might be able to do, potentially, but probably not, is remain as president.

And, Devon Archer sang like a bird. As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier today, Devon Archer was understandably upset when Joe Biden’s Department of Justice arrested him and sentenced him to over a year in prison earlier this year.
On Monday Devon Archer told House investigators that Joe Biden met with Hunter Biden’s clients numerous times, joined into meetings over the phone, and the family was rewarded with tens of millions of dollars for influence peddling and bribery schemes.
On Monday night Chairman Comer told Greg Kelly that Speaker McCarthy called and they discussed steps in impeachment following today’s explosive hearing.
Greg Kelly: How can a guy like this stay in office? You heard Speaker McCarthy. He’s talking about impeachment… If this is bribery, that’s in the Constitution. I mean, do you think he’s going to get impeached? Should he be impeached?
Chairman James Comer: Well, I know how I would vote, but again, that’s a decision for Speaker McCarthy. But I’ll tell you this. Right before I came on the show, speaker McCarthy called me and I gave him a rundown of what was said today. And we talked about steps moving forward. So stay tuned.

In an unprecedented move, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a letter to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, suggesting that Devon Archer, a business associate of Hunter Biden, be ordered to surrender and begin his term of imprisonment.
This development comes amidst Archer’s ongoing appeal and just before his scheduled testimony about the criminal activities involving the Biden crime family.
The letter requests Judge Ronnie Abrams to set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.
“In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment,” the letter read.
“The Government has conferred with counsel for the defendant about this request and asked that counsel propose a date for the defendant’s surrender,” it added.
However, Archer’s counsel responded, “Mr. Archer believes it is premature to set a report date in light of his anticipated continuing appeal as well as the newly-discovered sentencing error that the government has now conceded. Counsel for Mr. Archer will put in a response to the Government’s request by Wednesday.”
Despite this opposition, the DOJ continues to push for Archer’s surrender date to be set, as stated in the letter, “The Government disagrees with counsel’s position that a report date should not be set, and respectfully requests permission to respond to any arguments made by the defendant.”
On Sunday, Rep. James Comer joined Maria Bartiromo on her program, Sunday Morning Futures, and expressed his concern over the timing and the implications of the DOJ’s actions.
Comer suggested that the move is an attempt to obstruct Archer’s upcoming testimony before the House Oversight Committee regarding Biden family crimes.
“I have in my hand a letter from the Department of Justice that was sent to the Southern District of New York on Saturday. By the way, Devin Archer is testifying on Monday, do you ever see do you usually see the DOJ send letters like this out on a Saturday?” Bartiromo asked.
“Never, never,” Comer replied. “This is the first time I’ve ever heard of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.”
Rep. Comer explained the DOJ’s motivation behind the letter, saying, “The Department of Justice is trying to nudge the judge to go ahead and sentence Devon Archer for something unrelated to what we’re going to be talking to him about tomorrow.”
The representative then criticized the DOJ’s move, linking it to an effort by the Biden legal team to impede their investigation. According to Rep. Comer, the Biden team has made numerous attempts to intimidate witnesses, to cooperate with the DOJ, and to interfere with the House Oversight Committee’s investigation. He believes these actions amount to a violation of the law, possibly even constituting obstruction of justice.
“It’s odd that it was issued on a Saturday, and it’s odd that it’s right before he’s scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people, the truth about what really went on with Burisma,” said Comer.
“I don’t know if this is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example of the weaponization of the Department of Justice. But I can tell you this, the lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let have access to those suspicious activity reports, It’s very troubling. I believe that this is another violation of the law. This is obstruction of justice,” Comer added.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Devon Archer lost on all issues brought in his appeal to the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit on Wednesday.
Archer had previously been released while awaiting judgement regarding the securities fraud case he was convicted in with co-defendant John Galanis.
Last month, and again earlier this week, it was announced that he would be testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee. Many have predicted that he would testify about at least 24 instances of Joe Biden’s engagement with Hunter’s foreign business partners over the phone.
Archer’s year-long prison sentence was upheld, but it is not clear when he will turn himself in and whether or not he will still testify.
It was also reported that Archer is now ‘in hiding’ after receiving ‘threats’.”
Hunter’s Yale buddy and John Kerry’s former campaign manager Archer has been “forced to flee both his Long Island and Brooklyn homes, he told friends – but still plans to testify to the House Oversight Committee on Monday. “
“There were reports that he was canceling his appearance. They’re not true, he’s not canceling. But he has gotten threats, and he’s concerned about the threats,” the source told the Daily Mail, seeming to imply the Biden Crime Family is behind the threats: “His family has received threats. He doesn’t know who from. But you don’t have to be Dick Tracy to figure that out.”
A different source denied Archer was “in hiding” but confirmed he received threats. Archer’s wife Krista told the Daily Mail, “He’s not here. He’s not at our other home. He’s not in D.C.”, but wouldn’t reveal his location.

Fox News host Jesse Watters reported IRS whistleblowers have documents suggesting the Biden Crime Family has offshore bank accounts.
“With Joe [Biden], I suspect there are offshore accounts,” House Oversight Chairman James Comer said on Thursday.
James Comer also revealed that six major banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, had submitted over 170 suspicious activity reports (SARs) to the Treasury Department, all concerning alleged criminal behavior by the Biden crime family.
Fox News host Jesse Watters said sources confirmed to “Primetime” that whistleblowers have proof the Bidens have offshore bank accounts.
“Primetime” has just discovered the Biden family, possibly Joe Biden himself, has offshore bank accounts….Let that sink in. IRS whistleblowers have indicated that they have documents suggesting that the Biden family, possibly Joe Biden himself, are hiding money offshore,” Jesse Watters said.
“These IRS whistleblowers have been asked to produce the documents relating to Biden’s offshore bank accounts relating to the House Ways and Means Committee,” Watters said.
“Now, these documents can’t go to Comer. They have to go to House Ways and Means because they’re the only committee permitted to see it. Sources tell “Primetime” they have not seen the documents yet, but when they do, it goes through a vote and then the documents will be released,” Watter continued.
Jesse Watters said Joe Biden has never worked in the private sector so why the hell does he receive money through shell companies from his son Hunter.
“Joe Biden bragged for decades that he was the poorest man in the Senate. Joe Biden has never had a job in the private sector, number one. Why would Joe Biden receive money through shell companies from his son and why would Joe Biden have an offshore bank account? We’re talking about pay-your-fair-share, Amtrak Joe, the kid from Scranton, has foreign bank accounts? Kelly opened the conversation by highlighting the differences in charges laid against him and his brother and Hunter Biden, “They come up with two misdemeanors. You…it was an eight-day investigation, they come up with a felony,” he said.
Stevenson affirmed, saying, “This is only for me and a felony for my brother. That’s why he pleaded guilty.” He went on to share how he believes his personal experience mirrors the politicized trials former President Trump is currently facing. Stevenson expressed his dismay at how the judicial system has been seemingly politicized, with trumped-up charges used as a form of punishment for perceived political transgressions.
As the conversation continued, Kelly drew a parallel between Stevenson’s experiences and those of President Trump, noting the similarities in how they have both been treated. “It’s all been politicized. And just like they’re going after him now. They went after you in the 1970s, 1980s and perhaps beyond,” he said.

On Wednesday Delaware Democrat Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the shameless sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden. The plea deal had covered Biden’s tax issues from 2014 to 2019, drug use and a gun charge that were to be pled as two misdemeanors for the tax charges and a diversion on the gun charge.
During the hearing the court learned that the sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden via the Biden Department of Justice also included a non-written agreement that would prevent the court from charging Hunter Biden of any additional crime in the future. This came out in court today.
But they got caught. Even the Democrat judge would not sign off on this lawlessness.
On Wednesday evening Attorney and Article III Project Founder Mike Davis joined Steve Bannon on The War Room.

Mike Davis: What I would say is happening here is there was an even sweeter deal between the Biden Justice Department and Hunter Biden than what was even in the written sweetheart plea agreements. They didn’t want to put it down on paper that there was a broad waiver of all potential crimes in this plea agreement because that would cause way too much political blowback for the Biden Justice Department. It would also mean that the Biden Justice Department couldn’t say that there’s an ongoing investigation to try to rebuff Congress. And the judge correctly peeled at that, picked at that today. And that’s what blew up this whole deal…

Not only were they not going to prosecute Hunter for any other crimes, they were going to pretend the Biden Justice Department was going to pretend like there was an ongoing investigation. So the Congress couldn’t call in David Weiss, they couldn’t call in Merrick Garland, they couldn’t call in Hunter Biden because all they’d have to say is, there is an ongoing investigation. We can’t talk to you, Congress. It is so much worse than people understand…
…They need to call in Bill Barr, they need to call in Merrick Garlands, they need to call in David Weiss. They need to call in the Pennsylvania U. S. Attorney who found these allegations credible. They need to call in the IRS whistleblowers and they need to call in the FBI agents who corroborated these claims. Put all of them at the same table in front of the cameras and the lights. Put them under oath and make them answer the questions under oath of who did what, where and when. Because someone is lying here and they need to smoke them out.

On Tuesday the House Oversight Committee released a 14-year timeline of the Biden Crime Family’s influence peddling and selling out America to foreign regimes including Communist China.

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley on Sunday weighed in on the FBI document Senator Chuck Grassley released showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with a Ukrainian oligarch.
Grassley on Thursday released the FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.
The FD-1023 form alleged then-Vice President Joe Biden FORCED Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden a total of $10 million.
According to the document, Biden’s bribery arrangement was described as “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.”
Also, according to the document, Zlochevsky claims to have text messages and recordings that show he was FORCED to pay the Bidens to ensure Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.
Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, according to the document.
Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General who was investigating Burisma corruption.
I “said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.
Despite the mountain of evidence showing Joe Biden was involved in a multi-million bribery scheme with a Ukrainian oligarch, the FBI is still stonewalling and protecting the Biden Crime Family.
Fox News host Shannon Bream told Turley she asked IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler if he has ever seen the FD-1023 form Grassley released.
“I’d never seen that document before, so I’d never seen that 1023…the form is important because it could further validate some other evidence that we are trying to prove in the case,” Ziegler said.
Bream asked Turley to assess why the FBI document never landed on Joseph Ziegler’s desk.
“It increasingly seems like the FBI is the place where evidence goes to die,” Turley said. “I mean you send evidence to the FBI, if it has the name Biden on it, it dies a very rapid death.”

Hunter may think he’s out of the woods, but he’s not. Yes, there’s an entire regime working overtime to protect this perverted criminal, but his house of cards is starting to fall. We can thank the IRS, of all people, for that happening. Specifically, it’s the whistleblowers who have bravely come forward to reveal how the Biden regime ran major interference for Biden’s crackhead son. These whistleblowers are testifying before Congress today, but it was a recent CBS interview that’s really causing a stir.”
Special Agent Joseph Ziegler, a 13-year veteran of the IRS, is the second IRS employee to come forward to claim the federal tax investigation into the president’s son supported criminal charges more serious than the misdemeanor tax charges he is scheduled to plead guilty to next week as part of a plea bargain.
“When you’re prevented from going down certain roads, I guess I don’t know what could have been found if we were not hamstrung or not handcuffed,” Ziegler told CBS News.
Ziegler, who has been known only as “Agent X,” revealed his identity Wednesday at the insistence of lawmakers, who called him before a House committee to describe his role in the federal investigation into Hunter Biden. As the main IRS case agent, he worked with his supervisor Gary Shapley and says the evidence they uncovered “supported felony and misdemeanor tax charges.”
Zeigler’s investigation spanned both the Trump and Biden administrations.
Just so you know who this whistleblower is, his name is Joseph Ziegler, also known as ‘Whistleblower X.’ He’s a 13-year veteran of the agency and an award-winner who alleges that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department politically interfered in the criminal probe of Hunter Biden. Joseph is a registered Democrat, and he’s married to a man. Clearly, this isn’t a “witch hunt” by a group of Trump-supporting IRS renegades. As a matter of fact, this guy is so upstanding that he claims he didn’t vote in the 2020 election because he didn’t want to appear biased.
While speaking to CBS, Joseph dropped a bombshell about Hunter and his kids. It turns out the IRS was desperate to speak to Hunter’s adult children, but were blocked and told that doing so would land them in “hot water.”
And the drama rolls on… Today, Gary Shaply, also an IRS whistleblower, sat before Congress and didn’t mince words. It’s apparent to everyone that Hunter Biden received special treatment. But the extent of it is even more alarming than we initially thought. How does that saying go? The coverup is worse than the crime? In this case, they’re all equal.
We’re now getting an idea of exactly how much money the Biden boys made… and it’s A LOT.
It’s odd how Hunter’s straightforward, open-and-shut cases get dismissed, but complex accusations against Trump are pounced on like the hottest trend ever.

Don’t ever forget, part of the two-tier justice system is this elaborate game of cat and mouse that’s totally rigged for regime elites.

Hearing all this, it’s hard to believe that Hunter might yet again skate free. But, unfortunately, it could happen; as political elites like Hunter and Joe are above the law and they genuinely don’t care if you know it. Our only real hope is that Democrats, who are eager to oust Biden as quickly as possible, might seize this chance to pull him down. But sadly, that’s not “justice,” it’s just more political games being played at the American people’s expense.

Former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino said he spoke to some of his former colleagues in the Secret Service and they are absolutely furious about the agency’s cocaine ‘investigation.’
The Secret Service closed its investigation into the Biden White House cocaine scandal without conducting any interviews.
The Secret Service last Thursday concluded its investigation into the cocaine scandal that rocked the White House earlier this month.
No suspect was identified.
According to CNN, the baggy of cocaine was “found in a blind spot for surveillance cameras.”
No fingerprints, DNA samples, or leads!
According to Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugliemi, the agency didn’t interview the 500 potential culprits because it would be a strain on resources.
Dan Bongino said he has received numerous texts and emails from former colleagues in the agency and they are furious over the sham investigation.
Bongino explained how the West Wing is a “limited access” area.
“So there’s probably less than 200 people who could have left this cocaine, by the way, in a bag which is plastic, which is non-porous, meaning it’s probably not that hard to pull a latent print. They’ve got to know who did it. The question is who’s pressuring them to not find out who did it? And it’s gotta be coming from this White House. This is terrible. Don’t destroy this agency like they did the FBI. It’s really unbecoming,” Bongino said.
“A lot of my former colleagues in the Secret Service who retired, they are absolutely furious about this. Oh yeah, yeah, I can tell you — I got 50 emails, communications, texts from people. ‘This is embarrassing, humiliating.’ These are good guys, man, guys who worked for Obama and Bush, non-partisan guys, most of them aren’t even political. This is embarrassing, they know exactly who it was,” he said.
“Wow! Do these people want it to come out that it was probably Hunter Biden?” Daily Signal reporter Mary Margaret Olohan asked Bongino.
“Well, you know, is it – the question is, is it Hunter or one of his friends? But like here’s the thing. So, I’m in the Secret Service for 12 years, a good amount of times. We never had this problem. So nobody, by Occam’s razor, right, the process of deduction, keep things simple, keep it simple stupid, Occam’s razor. You’ve got this guy, we never found coke in there before. You’ve got a dude who’s doing coke on tape, who’s got a reputation for being a coke addict. He’s living in the White House. He’s there on Friday. The coke’s found there on Sunday, and everybody is like, “Gosh, who could it be,” Bongino said.
Bongino reiterated his concern that the Biden White House was going to destroy faith in the Secret Service.

The Justice Department indicted Biden corruption whistleblower, Gal Luft on Monday just one week after he released a video detailing criminal allegations against the Biden Crime Family.
Gal Luft, a dual US-Israeli citizen, was hit with an 8-count indictment.

Missing Biden corruption whistleblower Dr. Gal Luft released a 14-minute video to The New York Post on Thursday detailing damning allegations against Joe Biden and his family in a massive international bribery scheme filmed in an undisclosed location while on the run from the Biden regime and Department of Justice.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Luft vanished from Cyprus in April under mysterious circumstances.
Luft was an adviser to CEFC China Energy (CEFC), a business conglomerate with extremely close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. He served alongside Hunter Biden.
CEFC Energy paid Hunter approximately $5 million in 2017 alone to secure energy deals in the United States.
The New York Post’s Steven Nelson wanted to know why the Justice Department indicted Gal Luft on FARA charges but spared Hunter Biden.
“Yesterday, a US Attorney from the Southern District of New York indicted a man named Gal Luft for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act by working without registration for a company called CEFC China Energy. The president’s son and brother worked for the SAME firm without registration … what’s the White House’s take?” Steven Nelson asked Jake Sullivan.
Sullivan refused to answer the question.
“I’ve not seen that and can’t comment on it,” Jake Sullivan said.
