For your edification, here is a definition of the mathematical term controller: In engineering, a controller is a device or algorithm that processes sensor input and generates a control output. It compares the measured process variable to the desired set point and calculates the error signal. The controller then generates the control output to the actuator based on this error signal. For example, the “PID Controller” (Proportional Integral Derivative), often found in Elections, is the same algorithm used in landing a plane. The closer the plane gets to the runway, the rate of decent must be decreased proportionately.

Does undocumented immigrant mean illegal alien?

If you hesitated before answering yes, you are a victim of progressive doublespeak. Undocumented immigrants are illegal aliens. Noncitizens, whether here legally or illegally, are not allowed to vote in our nation’s elections. It’s a felony for noncitizens to vote, and the U.S. and state constitutions clearly prohibit foreigners from voting. Even so, “The Department of Justice appears to be using taxpayer dollars to have jails and the U.S. Marshals Service encourage incarcerated felons and noncitizens to register to vote,” stated a letter to the DOJ from Mississippi’s leading election official, Secretary of State Michael Watson (R).

Secretary Watson’s letter, dated March 6, to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland also said,

“It is quite shocking, in the midst of a crisis at our southern border and an unprecedented crime wave, that the Biden administration has chosen to expend tax dollars and vital law enforcement resources on a program that risks bloating state voter rolls with ineligible and non-citizen voters.”

The Federalist connected the dots to President Biden’s Executive Order 14019, and its headline read, “DOJ Is Using Bidenbucks To Encourage Illegals And Felons To Vote, Says Mississippi Secretary Of State.” The EO, issued in March 2021, ordered “hundreds of federal agencies to interfere in state and local election administration by using U.S. taxpayer money to boost voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities,” Federalist author Shawn Fleetwood wrote.

“Our understanding is that everyone in the Marshals’ custody is given a form advising them of their right to register and vote,” Secretary Watson’s letter said, according to Fox News.

“Providing ineligible non-citizens with information on how to register to vote undoubtedly encourages them to illegally register to vote, exposing them to legal jeopardy beyond their immigration status.”

To any wishful thinker who would like to attribute the consequences of Biden’s EO and Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s subsequent statewide EO to ignorance or poor judgment: Think again. According to an article in the Midwesterner, an illegal group claims credit for flipping the Michigan state House, and as a payoff, the party in power will seek to approve driver’s licenses for illegal aliens.

Buried deep in President Biden’s State of the Union Address, he touched on the border crisis and referred to the alleged brutal killer of Laken Riley as an “illegal.” Later, the president expressed regret for his choice of words. “I shouldn’t have said ‘illegal.’ It’s undocumented.” 

Illegal, undocumented. Potato, potato.

Why the euphemism?

Words matter. The phrase, illegal alien, speaks for itself. No one of sound mind would think that illegal aliens should vote in our elections. Undocumented immigrants well, an apolitical person might falsely assume undocumented immigrants are simply missing some papers. We all can relate to being held hostage by some puffed-up bureaucrat demanding useless paperwork. (Try opening a U.S. Post Office box if you’re unfamiliar with this blood-pressure-spiking sensation.)

It’s about money, power…and ballots.

Vivek Ramaswamy attributed the law-breaking to a deliberate and coordinated effort to change the electorate to win elections. During a March 7 interview with Laura Ingraham at Fox News, the former presidential candidate said,

“In principle, election integrity, voter ID at the ballot box, and the issue of illegal immigration or border security are two separate issues. But what is remarkable is that the very people who favor porous borders or poor border security are also the ones who favor lowered requirements for voting.”

Vivek pointed out, “Election integrity and illegal immigration have become intertwined” and are “intimately linked….It’s also a long-run play….No one voted for this.”

“A nation without borders is not a nation,” Ramaswamy said. “Most people agree on that. It’s up to us to step up and make that our vision.”

Rearing its head in Michigan

Tudor Dixon, former gubernatorial candidate, tweeted an article on March 10 in which she said,

“Everyone knows the first step to destroying democracy is to give illegals driver’s licenses and open the door to non-citizens voting in our elections.”

Dixon then alleged a quid pro quo had taken place in the newly elected Democrat MI State Rep. Betsy Coffia’s election campaign. “Illegals organized your election ground game and got you elected in exchange for driver’s licenses.”

Dixon said funding allowed the two entities to hire a significant number of people, including a 6-person communications team.

A listing on the We the People Action Fund website said it was also adding a cultural strategist, Detroit organizer, and southeast Michigan lead organizer.

Two of Coffia’s colleagues, Nelly Fuentes and Diego Navarrete, at We The People Michigan, explained how the nonprofits used the driver’s license issue to chase votes for Coffia and Joey Andrews. They wrote at Forge Organizing:

Two representatives are now heading to Lansing, put into power by the organizing efforts of undocumented immigrants who have committed to fighting for driver’s licenses on day one. Through sustained, long-term organizing in rural communities, undocumented folks in Michigan are demonstrating that we ultimately wield the power to effect change and can use elections as a powerful tool in winning campaigns for our rights.

Coffia won by just over 700 votes, while Andrews won by about 1,500.

Michigan’s HB 4410, the Drive SAFE Act, was introduced on April 13, 2023, and referred to the House Regulatory Reform Committee.

Though once pooh-poohed as a conspiracy theory, increasing evidence indicates that foreign entities, corrupt politicians, and progressive nonprofits are actively recruiting noncitizens to vote in U.S. elections.

“They’re going to have to f*cking kill me to stop me,” Kari Lake told Jeff DeWit when he attempted to bribe her.

Arizona GOP Chairman RINO Jeff DeWitt announced on Wednesday that he will resign from his position over a leaked audio recording of him attempting to bribe Kari Lake out of fighting against Arizona’s rigged elections and running for office in 2024.

He used the opportunity to attack Lake and play the victim card, claiming she “cannot be trusted to engage in private and confidential conversations.” He then represented himself as an innocent person in an “unpaid role that demands the amount of time of roughly two full time jobs.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday, A newly leaked audio recording proves that RINO Arizona GOP Chairman Jeff DeWit, an agent of the Uniparty, asked Kari Lake to “take a pause” and step aside from politics for two years while offering her a job on behalf of people “from back East.”

However, Kari Lake retorted, “They’re going to have to f*cking kill me to stop me.

BREAKING: Leaked Audio CONFIRMS RINO AZGOP Chair Jeff DeWit Tried to Bribe Kari Lake – Lake Tells DeWit, “They’re Going to Have to F*cking Kill Me to Stop Me”

In the statement, DeWit accuses Kari Lake of releasing “a selectively edited audio recording of our private conversation,” calling it a “deceptive tactic.” 

This is the same excuse he used when an audio tape of DeWit declaring that he is “off the Trump Train” and supporting Ron DeSantis’ failed presidential campaign surfaced. The Gateway Pundit reported on the tape and DeWit’s claims that it was “fake” or “chopped up.”

DeWit, in an attempt to distance himself from his own remarks, even told The Gateway Pundit that he was lying to the person in the recording.

DeWit also told Kari Lake, “I’m not sure Trump can win again.” He continues, “I think what it comes down to for a lot of people, it’s not about like control or agenda, it’s just about the ability to raise money to win… and even on their end, what makes them the most money.”

At one point, DeWit appears to ask Kari Lake to name a price at which she can be bought, and Kari responds, “This is not about money. This is about our country.”

However, DeWit now claims the statements were “taken out of context.”

And it gets worse. According to DeWit, he is resigning because he faces the possible “release of a new, more damaging recording.” As if the bribery scandal wasn’t already so damning to his reputation and integrity.

The statement concludes, “This is all such a distraction to that mission that I am doing as Ms. Lake wishes and am stepping down as Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party.”

Kari Lake gave the following statement to The Gateway Pundit:

The tape speaks for itself: The Arizona GOP Chairman Jeff DeWit attempted to bribe Kari Lake. Thankfully Kari is an extremely ethical person who rejected DeWit’s multiple attempts to offer her money and corporate board seats in exchange for Kari not running for public office. She will be an incredible Senator for Arizonans.

No one from the Kari Lake campaign threatened or blackmailed DeWit.

It is unfortunate that Dewit hasn’t recognized how unethical his behavior was and still hasn’t apologized to Arizona Republicans.

DeWit’s false claims are just par for the course. The Arizona GOP must be relieved to have his resignation. Now we can focus on getting ethical leadership and win big in 2024.

He should reveal who sent him to bribe Kari Lake if he wants redemption. “Forget the who. Let me just tell you the what,” says DeWit in the damning audio recording.

Illinois Citizens Group Files Formal Complaint with Illinois State Board of Elections – Lost Votes, Ghost Votes, OVER 4 MILLION Possible Registration Violations: Voter Shocked to See Ballots Have Been Cast in Her Name for Years (VIDEO)

A couple from Illinois, Jodie and Ken Zitko, have formed a group of concerned citizens who have been analyzing the Illinois state voter database. They have found serious irregularities detailed in a formal complaint filed with Bernadette Matthews, Director of the Illinois State Board of Elections on December 21st.

Here are some of their findings after almost 2,000 hours of analysis…

  • There were over 300,000 votes from the 2020 election missing or deleted from the Illinois voter data prior to the conclusion of the Federal retention period of 22 months.
  • Over a four-year period, Illinois’ population decreased by 150,000, while the voter roll increased by 650,000.
  • Over 2.5 million people had votes cast prior to their registration dates.
  • More than 230,000 registrations show seemingly Illegal or illogical registration dates.
  • There are more than 4 million apparent registration violations out of 8.9 million registrations.

This couple is not your ordinary pair of election sleuths. Ken has been an MSSQL Data Analyst, DBA and Architect for 28 years, working with Fortune 500 companies, and Jodie has been working with ‘People Data’ and Analytics since the mid 90’s in large enterprise environments. She’s a “Subject Matter Expert” in Integrated Workplace Management Systems.

They were able to view a copy of the Illinois State Board of Elections voter roll while working for a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The couple also did an informal study of Illinois voting history, which began when they decided to check their own records. They were shocked to find that their history showed votes cast in three midterm elections when they had never voted in a mid-term election. Ken did vote in the 2008 presidential election, but there was no indication of a vote.

From April through June 2022, they were able to meet and sit down with over 1,300 Illinois residents across the state and – with their consent – reviewed their 20-year voting histories.  They uncovered over 57% irregularities, including:

  • votes cast when the voter did not vote
  • votes missing when they did vote
  • voters registered and voting at addresses where they did not live
  • registrations with illogical registration dates

Most shocking of all, 11% of the voters they interviewed with had votes cast in their name for elections they did not participate in.

Jodie explained how voters reacted to seeing obvious errors in their personal voting data. “It was a fairly emotionally draining experience. As reality set in, a number of people visibly trembled, a few shed a tear or two. I recall one particular individual young man in his early 30’s. When we asked if he wanted his history report he insisted he didn’t need to see it because knew his history. After watching several others receive their reports with shocking results he finally asked to see his. In his case he had a missing vote from 2020, he was so enraged he turned beet red, stood there for about 30 minutes, repeatedly shaking his head in disbelief. I think he said an explicative or two.”

In July of 2022, they learned about New York Citizens Audit – a similar group of concerned citizens examining voter rolls. They connected with NYCA CEO Marly Hornik and her data team. In the late spring of 2023, they joined with the New York organization and spent an additional 2,500 hours researching Illinois data. Since then, Hornik has formed a national group, United Sovereign Americans, and is working with more than 25 other states on election validity.

The Illinois team has been making presentations of their data to towns and county election boards across the state, asking elected officials to sign their resolution. They also plan to file a Federal Lawsuit. The Illinois Chapter of United Sovereign Americans is looking for volunteers in every county of the state who want to get involved in fixing our elections.

Additionally, a report from United Sovereign Americans alleges that 27,491 more votes were counted in the database than cast in Illinois’ 2022 general election, and the records contain a 38% error rate in voter registration totals and a 14% error rate in vote totals, far surpassing the legal standard for errors of .0008%.

“The measured error rate of the electoral process in Illinois, from registration through certification, makes it impossible to legally certify any election in Illinois,” the report states.

In August, The Gateway Pundit shared a bombshell report that was taken completely by an up-to-then-buried Michigan State Police report. The report, which outlined a statewide investigation that turned into a nationwide investigation of a potentially massive voter registration scheme, was shared with us by the MIGOP Director of Election Integrity, Phil O’Halloran.

After publishing the report that exposed a massive cover-up by Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel and Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson of an explosive, statewide investigation by the MI State Police, Muskegon, MI Police Department, we began to receive tips from individuals who read our story and wanted to help us close the gaps in the highly redacted MI State Police report.

The Michigan State Police redacted the name of the suspect they claim dropped off between 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms at the Muskegon City Clerk’s office, but in one spot in their report, they left her name unredacted:

Meisch stated some of the forms were dropped off in person to the Muskegon City Clerk’s Office on 10/8/20 by a black female. The female identified herself as Brianna Hawkins and stated she was employed by and/or told Meisch that her employment entailed registering voters and helping them obtain absentee ballots.
[Redacted] provided Meisch with a mobile phone number of [redacted] Meisch said that [redacted] appeared nervous to talk about her employment and said she would need to call her supervisor before answering any additional questions. Meisch estimated that [redacted] and [redacted] (we are now fairly certain GBI (Strategies) and EM or Empower Michigan were redacted from the report)
had delivered approximately 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms to the Muskegon City Clerk’s office and provided a sampling of 42 suspected fraudulent applications to Officer Foster for examination.

In another spot in the report, MI SOS Analyst Corey Ames claims he has identified “a quantity of voter application forms that are clearly fraudulent.”

Curiously, Mr. Ames never mentions the “quantity” of fraudulent voter applications. But thanks to a FOIA request by a curious citizen investigator Yehuda Miller, we now have video evidence of an interview by MI AG Investigator Stephen C. Morse and a woman who identifies herself as Brianna, who is a Detroit resident and was working as a compliance officer for GBI Strategies when she was caught turning over fraudulent voter registration applications to Ann Meisch, a hero city clerk in Muskegon, MI who contacted the Muskegon Police and AG Nessel’s office to report the fraudulent activity.

In the video below, AG investigator Stephen Morse can be seen interviewing Brianna (we assume Brianna Hawkins) about her role in delivering the fraudulent voter registration forms for GBI Strategies. He began their interview on Oct. 29, 2020, by reading the GBI Strategies employee her rights.

Mr. Morse asked how and when Brianna was hired. She told him she was hired in August 2020. Mr. Morse then asked how she performed her daily duties. Brianna explained that it is very difficult for her to tell if a voter registration is false or not. She is only looking to confirm that the registration forms were properly filled out and if there were any “red flags.”  He also asked her who owned GBI Strategies, to which she complied, “Gary [redacted].” GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell’s name was mentioned several times later in the interview. She also told Mr. Morse that GBI Strategies ONLY works in urban areas, but couldn’t explain why.

In the video below, Brianna explains how their system was far from fool-proof and how the canvasser’s names are attached to the over 1,000 false registrations they turned in, making it easy to identify them. For the record, no arrests have been made related to this massive fraudulent operation:

In another clip from the interview, Brianna tells Mr. Morse that she identified at least 1,000 fraudulent voter registration applications found in Muskegon. “And if I found 1,000 false ones in mine, I can only imagine what they [Muskegon Clerk’s office) found in theirs! I can only imagine…” she said

When Brianna was asked how GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell responded when he was informed of the massive number of fraudulent voter registrations found at the GBI Strategies office that were brought in by his canvassers in Muskegon, he didn’t express any concern and told them “Don’t worry about it,” and assured them “It was okay.”

MI AG Inspector Morse asked Brianna how she came to deliver the thousands of voter registrations directly to the Muskegon city clerk’s office. She told him that it was because they discovered all fraudulent applications were being mailed in from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI. and she was given a promotion by GBI Strategies to go up there to figure it out.

Brianna appeared shocked that registrations were being mailed from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI, to clerks’ offices. She told AG Investigator Morse that she was confused about why the group “EM” or Empower Michigan (which we found sharing an address with the MI Democratic Party headquarters in Lansing during a Google search), who was working with GBI Strategies to get new voter registrations, would mail registrations to the clerks “when GBI had an office right there.”

Hero Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch wasn’t the only clerk in Michigan to receive these curious packages marked “EM” that were sent from a hotel in Auburn Hills. She was, however, as far as we can tell, the only clerk we know who reported the packages to the police and MI AG’s office.

Thanks to a whistleblower, we were able to obtain images from a MI Clerks Facebook page of several clerks who admitted to getting the packages. Several laughing emojis seem to imply they thought the serious situation was a laughing matter.

Here is just ONE of the posts where clerks were responding to Ann Meisch’s post about receiving boxes of voter registrations mailed from a hotel with the initials “EM” on the return label.

MI Rep. Ann Bollin (R), who was also the chair of the MI Election Integrity Committee, was tagged in the post, but the circle with the line through it reveals that she was unable to see the post because she was not yet a member of the private clerk’s Facebook group.

Michigan’s partisan hack AG Nessel’s press secretary, Danny Wimmer, said the total number of suspected fraudulent forms delivered to the Muskegon clerk by the individual was 8,000 to 10,000 ahead of the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election.
However, Wimmer said, the “attempted fraud” was caught before Election Day because Michigan’s election system worked and the applicants were not added to the state’s voter rolls.

Brianna begs to differ…

Brianna explains how Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch was able to catch the fraudulent voter registrations because it’s such a small town compared to the other urban areas where they work. She told the AG investigator that in larger cities, it would be “impossible” to catch them.

The GBI compliance officer’s statements remind us of how easy it is to cheat in Michigan. Unfortunately, it’s becoming more and more difficult to hold free and fair elections in Michigan with dirty Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson at the helm, whose illegal attempts to make it easier for Democrats to cheat in elections have fortunately, been overturned in the courts multiple times.

The whistleblower who contacted us explained that they do not want to be identified over fears of retribution by elected officials in Michigan. They confirmed for us that the details of the police report were accurate but explained there was much more to this story than ONE city clerk receiving boxes of suspicious voter registrations; in fact, clerks across the state of Michigan received boxes and priority mail envelopes stuffed with registrations, many of them with the same signatures, the same last four numbers of their social security number, fake names and fake addresses.

For three years, Michigan residents were told by their Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson that they had nothing to worry about, that Michigan’s 2020 election was “the most secure election” in history.

AG Nessel and SOS Benson admonished anyone who suggested any sort of widespread voter fraud took place in the state of Michigan or in other swing states where every vote mattered to a party hell-bent on pushing a confused old man campaigning from his basement over the finish line. They told the people who believed they were telling the truth that there was no widespread fraud in Michigan— to ignore any evidence they saw or any stories they read about left-wing judges throwing election fraud cases out of court because they were all part of a “big lie” concocted by Donald Trump and his followers to make Joe Biden look like an illegitimate president.

All along, we were being lied to, and now, we have proof they were lying…

SHOCKING: New Poll Finds ONE IN FIVE Voters ADMIT to Mail-In Voter Fraud in 2020 Election

In 2005, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker famously co-chaired the Commission on Federal Election Reform.  In the midst of calls for “universal mail-in balloting” prior to the 2020 Presidential Election, it was “fraught with fraud and coercion,” as then-Attorney General Bill Barr told Wolf Blitzer on CNN’s The Situation Room back in September 2020.

AG Barr stated:

“We haven’t had the kind of wide-spread use of mail-in ballots that’s being proposed.  We had absentee ballots from people who request them from a specific address.  Now what we’re talking about is mailing them to everyone on the voter list, when everyone knows those voter lists are inaccurate.  People who should get them don’t get them, which is what has been one of the major complaints in states that have tried this…and people who get them are not the right people.  They’re people who have replaced the previous occupant and they can make them out.  And sometimes multiple ballots come to the same address with generations of occupants.  You think that’s a way to vote?”

AG Barr, as well as President Trump, warned about the potential for widespread fraud in universal mail-in ballots, sent without solicitation from voters to every address in a jurisdiction.  AG Barr told Blitzer:

“This is playing with fire…if people have to have confidence in the results of the election and the legitimacy of the government, and people are trying to change the rules to this methodology, which as a matter of logic, is very open to fraud and coercion, it is reckless and dangerous.  And the people are playing with fire.”

Well, a recent poll conducted by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports “found one-in-five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud.”  Keep in mind that 43% of 2020 voters cast ballots by mail.  There were approximately 155M ballots cast in the 2020 Presidential Election.  43% of that would mean over 66M voted by mail.  “One in five” of 66M would amount to potentially over 13.33M ballots that were illegally cast.  But 2020 was “the safest and most secure election in history.”

According to the results of the poll:

  • 17% of mail-in voters admit that in 2020 they voted in a state where they are “no longer a permanent resident”
  • 21% of mail-in voters admitted that they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member
  • 17% of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission”
  • 8% of likely voters say they were offered “pay” or a “reward” for voting in 2020.
  • 10% of respondents – not just those who voted by mail – claimed that they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted…that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence.” (I personally fit in this category, as I know someone who admitted to voting a senior-citizen family member’s ballot)

The poll consisted of 1,085 likely voters.  Republicans made up 33% of those polled while 36% and 31% were Democrats and “other,” respectively.  When broken down by age, 32% were 18-39, 46% were 40-64, and 22% were 65 or older.

On December 10th, 2023, Rasmussen Reports on X posted about “millions of dollars” used to pre-order machines for “a process – the mass mailing of unsolicited election ballots to every registered voter – that was then ILLEGAL in America.”

Between the shocking discoveries reported by True The Vote and 2000Mules, leaked videos released by James O’Keefe, the blocking of the voter canvass from the 2020 Maricopa Audit, and the atrocious “signature verification” process discovered in 2022’s Lake v Hobbs lawsuit, it is no longer a question of “was there widespread fraud” but rather “what are our elected officials going to do to reel in the train-wreck that is no-excuse absentee and universal mail-in balloting?”

Investigation Finds 131 Percent of Eligible Voters Registered in Washington, DC

The watchdog group Judicial Watch has done a deep dive into the voter rolls of Washington, DC and some other places and found an absolute mess.

In Washington, DC, eligible voters are registered at a rate of 131%, violating standards of basic math.

It’s probably just an oversight, right? It couldn’t be a problem of fraud or anything nefarious.

The Washington Examiner reported:

‘Dirty voter rolls’ slammed, 131% of eligible DC voters registered

Several states and the District of Columbia have been hit by an election watchdog for failing to clean up their voter rolls of the dead and ineligible.

Judicial Watch said it just finished investigating registrations and sent letters to the district, California, and Illinois warning that they are violating the National Voter Registration Act by not cleaning up the rolls.

In the case of Washington, D.C., Judicial Watch said the voting rolls revealed a much higher number than are eligible to vote.

“D.C.’s total registration rate — its total number of registrations divided by the most recent census estimates of its citizen voting-age population — is greater than 131%,” said the review.

But Judicial Watch also gave credit to the district for moving quickly after receiving its letter to begin removing 103,000 names of ineligible voters. California and Illinois have promised to clean up their rolls.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it sent notice letters to election officials in the District of Columbia, California, and Illinois, notifying them of evident violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, based on their failure to remove inactive voters from their registration rolls. The letters point out that these jurisdictions publicly reported removing few or no ineligible voter registrations under a key provision of the NVRA. The letters threaten federal lawsuits unless the violations are corrected in a timely fashion. In response to Judicial Watch’s inquiries, Washington, DC, officials admitted that they had not complied with the NVRA, promptly removed 65,544 outdated names from the voting rolls, promised to remove 37,962 more, and designated another 73,522 registrations as “inactive.”

The NVRA requires states to “conduct a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove” from the official voter rolls “the names of ineligible voters” who have died or changed residence. The law requires registrations to be cancelled when voters fail to respond to address confirmation notices and then fail to vote in the next two general federal elections. In 2018, the Supreme Court confirmed that such removals are mandatory (Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Inst., 138 S. Ct. 1833, 1841-42 (2018)).

Just another case of citizens doing a job the government is supposed to do.

Audit the Vote PA released an explosive video following the November 7, 2023, Pennsylvania Supreme Court election that has so far been largely ignored.

Audit the Vote PA posted video recently that shows 386,151 in-person votes were removed from Pennsylvania Republican Supreme Court candidate Carolyn Carluccio on election night.

Republican Carluccio ended up losing the race by 207,237 votes but no one has given any explanation as to how votes just go down in a crucial election like this.

How do you explain this?

On Tuesday night, The Gateway Pundit spoke with Toni Shuppe the CEO of Audit the Vote PA. Shuppe works along with her partners, Karen Taylor and Vico Bertogli. Vico is the expert on data and analytics who discovered this supposed “glitch” on the State Department website.

Toni Shuppe told The Gateway Pundit that Audit the Vote PA is interested in transparency – “Transparency in the process will equal trust in the outcome.”

Tony added, “When you have the in-person vote totals on the State Department website, go down by 350,000 votes at 9:46 p.m. and no answers as to how that happened. You don’t have transparency in the process and, therefore, won’t have trust in the outcome. And that’s all we’re looking to do is restore public trust in the outcome of our elections.”

At 9:46 PM Carolyn Carluccio had tallied 763,873 votes in the state-wide race.

At that point Carluccio started to lose in-person ballots, according to the Secretary of State website until she went down to 377,722 votes.
How does this happen?

The data was taken from the Secretary of State webpage.

Toni sent the raw data to The Gateway Pundit.  And we were able to confirm that these claims are true.

Carolyn Carluccio lost 386,151 in-person votes at  9:46 PM on Election night.

Daniel McCaffery lost 117,549 in-person votes at 9:46 PM on Election night.

That’s a difference of 268,602 more votes lost by Republican Carluccio than Democrat McCaffery.

Daniel McCaffery won the race over Carolyn Carluccio by 207,237 votes.

So this shift in votes definitely swung the vote to the Democrat candidate.

We were able to confirm these losses from the data we were given. The data was taken from the Pennsylvania Department of State website.

There is no explanation for this mysterious drop of vote totals for Republican Carolyn Carluccio.

It’s Happening: Voting Machines Down in Several Districts in Pennsylvania Due to “Votes Getting Flipped”

Election Day got off to a rough start in several districts in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Lehigh Valley News has reported several voting machines in multiple districts across Northampton County are down due to “votes getting flipped and not recording properly.”

Voting machines went down in Palmer Township, Bethany Wesleyan Church in Lehigh Township, College Hill Presbyterian Church in Easton, and at the Allen Township Fire Hall.

The voting machines only flipped votes in the retention race between Judge Jack Panella and Judge Victor Stabile for the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

In a press release, the Northampton County Elections Office stated: “It appears that when a voter selects a “Yes” or a “No” for one of the candidates for retention to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the selection is recorded on the paper ballot and on the machine for the other candidate.”

The statement continued, “The issue is limited to the retention of Superior Court Judges and is only an issue when recording the votes for when a voter selected a “Yes” for one candidate and a “No” for another candidate.”

Election Day got off to a rough start in the Lehigh Valley, with major problems at multiple districts across Northampton County.

Voters were filling out paper ballots — seemingly because some machines were not being used due to a flaw with the recording of votes for one race.

A statement from the county said the issue affected the votes for retention to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, affecting Judge Jack Panella and Judge Victor P. Stabile.

Some of the votes were getting flipped and not recorded properly, according to the county.

A Democrat Judge in Connecticut overturned the results of the Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary.

Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election to be held, citing bombshell video evidence of election fraud as the basis for his decision. The ruling has far-reaching implications, not just for Bridgeport but for the entire country, as it sets a precedent for ongoing and future cases involving mail-in ballot fraud.

The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

“Video surveillance proving that the mayoral election was unequivocally stolen through corruption within City Hall by tampering with absentee ballots,” John Gomes said on his Facebook page.

“This is an undeniable act of voter suppression and a huge civil rights violation. It’s time to restore lasting credibility to our city’s democracy. Once and for ALL. Enough is enough!” he added.

Gomes lost to incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim in the Democratic primary by a narrow margin of 251 votes, according to the most recent preliminary count posted on the Secretary of the State’s website. Ganim won the absentee vote tally 1,545 to 779, while Gomes led on the voting machines.

The Bridgeport Police Department confirmed that they are actively investigating the actions shown in the video.

“The Bridgeport Police Department are actively investigating information regarding possible misconduct based upon a video that has surfaced on social media,” the department told CT Mirror.

The police department is investigating how the video was obtained and released to the public.

“The Bridgeport Police Department immediately initiated an investigation to determine if any criminal wrongdoing has occurred. In addition, an internal investigation is being conducted to determine if any possible breach to our security video management system has occurred,” it added.

Bridgeport Police Chief Roderick Porter said the department takes “these actions seriously and we will pursue possible criminal prosecution and/or administrative discipline as it relates to any such security violations.”

During the first hearing, Bridgeport Democratic Registrar of Voters Patricia Howard admitted in court that she had not been following Connecticut law regarding the handling of mail-in ballots. The law mandates that each absentee ballot must be signed off by the town clerk, and if this requirement is not met, the ballot cannot be counted.

On Wednesday, Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election just days before the general election scheduled for November 7, Connecticut Public reported.

Judge Clark determined that the allegations of possible malfeasance were serious enough to warrant the overturning of the September 12 primary results, which Ganim had won by a margin of 251 votes out of 8,173 cast.

“The volume of ballots so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary election into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary.” Clark said, adding that the videos “are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties.”

Gomes hailed the ruling as “a victory for the people of Bridgeport,” emphasizing that his campaign had always believed in upholding the integrity of the democratic process. His lawyer, Bill Bloss, stated, “At the end of the day, the videos don’t lie. The videos showed substantial, massive absentee ballot misconduct.”

On the other hand, Ganim said he would consult his lawyers about a possible appeal and encouraged residents to vote in Tuesday’s election, stating, “Let’s send a powerful message that we want to keep the progress going in Bridgeport.”

Despite the judge’s order, it remains unclear whether a new primary will be necessary. Lawyers for both parties indicated that the outcome of next week’s general election could influence that decision. Gomes, who has the endorsement of a minor party, will also be on Tuesday’s ballot. A win for him in the general election could effectively end the litigation, CT Public reported.

Today, Lady Justice fulfilled her duty. She attentively heard the voices of the people of Bridgeport, carefully considered the facts, and impartially applied the law, as justice should always be served.

In this moment, we commemorate the significance of this decision by the Honorable Judge William Clark. I’m no stranger to competition or politics, and I understand that in life, we experience both victories and losses. We must continue to show up, give our best, accept the decisions, and move forward with integrity and respect. However, when there is wrongdoing, it must be addressed, and we have shown that in the courtroom.

The victory today belongs not only to me as the Plaintiff but to all the people of Bridgeport who were wronged in the numerous ways detailed in Judge Clark’s remarkable decision. Today, democracy prevails.

Our campaign was designed to give a voice to the marginalized people of Bridgeport who have been overshadowed by a small group in the electoral process. Today, our faith has been restored, and we must carry this spark of hope into the upcoming general election.

As the people of Bridgeport, we will take this victory lap and continue to navigate the path ahead while upholding transparency as our guiding principle.

This is not the first time that a Democrat has been involved in voting fraud. New Jersey’s Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin has added new charges to an ongoing election fraud case involving Democrat Alex Mendez, the Paterson City Council President, and several alleged co-conspirators. According to the Attorney General, the defendants are accused of attempting to rig the election, tampering with ballots, and obstructing the course of justice through witness tampering.

Mendez was initially indicted on election fraud charges in 2021. Now, fresh charges have been brought against him, his wife Yohanny Mendez, and two other Paterson residents, Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo. The revelations came after an extensive investigation by the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA), which itself was prompted when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service found hundreds of mail-in ballots for the May 2020 Paterson municipal election suspiciously stashed in a mailbox in a neighboring municipality.

In the wake of the Bridgeport and New Jersey scandal, it’s worth noting the glaring double standard that exists in how the justice system and the media treat allegations of election fraud, depending on the party involved.

Republicans have been vocal about their concerns regarding the integrity of the 2020 Presidential election, only to be dismissed by mainstream media outlets and other institutions that insist the election was secure. Yet, when a Democrat is involved in a similar scandal, the justice system seems more willing to take action, and the media appears more open to covering it.

The federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbances around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers.

The challenge for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the primary federal agency charged with law enforcement, is to pursue and prevent what it calls domestic terrorism without direct reference to political parties or affiliations—even though the vast majority of its current “anti-government” investigations are of Trump supporters, according to classified data obtained by Newsweek.

“The FBI is in an almost impossible position,” says a current FBI official, who requested anonymity to discuss highly sensitive internal matters. The official said that the FBI is intent on stopping domestic terrorism and any repeat of the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. But the Bureau must also preserve the Constitutional right of all Americans to campaign, speak freely and protest the government. By focusing on former president Trump and his MAGA (Make America Great Again) supporters, the official said, the Bureau runs the risk of provoking the very anti-government activists that the terrorism agencies hope to counter.
