Original video. Attorneys Kurt Olsen and Patrick McSweeney are suing the US Government and the FBI over violations of the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments. At this point they are not asking for damages. However, the loss of business could be huge because Mike runs multiple businesses from his phone. Also, his hearing aids are run from his phone. Mike was entitled to have his lawyer present, but the FBI did not allow it. The stupid way the FBI surrounded Mike’s truck without identifying themselves could have quickly escalated. The FBI just lucked out that they didn’t try that after dark. As Tucker Carlson points out in his clip, Biden is engaging in classic totalitarianism! The lawsuit should have been filed today (9/20) in Minnesota.
