Case to impeach Arizona’s Secretary of State
Lack of due care, breach of trust, malfeasance, misfeasance, failure to faithfully carry out duties and abide by oath and law, misrepresentation. If these things happened in 2020, and are about to happen again, shouldn’t we apply due process to let both sides be heard on this issue? We need Constitutional, lawful elections and officials with integrity presiding over them. Arizona’s Secretary of State is unfit for office and violated public trust.
